Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent DCA-145

DCA-145 is a polyether-modified organosilicon compound, a very versatile organosilicon substrate wetting agent with excellent compatibility and non-foaming properties. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of the system, resulting in excellent substrate wetting and shrinkage resistance. In addition, DCA-145 can be used as a leveling agent, providing excellent instantaneous leveling capability. This product does not provide slipperiness.

It can be added at any stage of production, and adding it during the dispersion stage helps with pigment wetting. Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.2-0.5% of the total formulation in most cases.
