Silicone Substrate Wetting Agent DCA-1042

Introduction

DCA-1042 is a special chemical that lowers surface tension, making it easier for liquids to spread. It’s great for wetting surfaces and works well with water-based paints, UV coatings, and inks. It’s best to use it when the pH is between 6 and 8.

Addition Method

It can be added at any stage of production

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.
