Silicone Antifoam DCA-4092
Introduction
DCA-4092 is suitable for water-based systems and has strong defoaming and foam suppressing capabilities. It works well even at very low addition levels and is particularly suitable for eliminating microbubbles in high viscosity coatings and ink systems. As a self-emulsifying defoaming agent, it needs to be added during the grinding stage.

Addition Method
Generally, the dosage is 0.05-2% of the total amount, and it should be added to the system during the grinding stage. After adding, it should be stirred as much as possible to achieve good dispersion.
