Rheology Modifier DCA-6110
Introduction
DCA-6110 is a polyurea compound rheology modifier that is suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. When mixed into the system, it establishes a false plasticity, thereby preventing settling and sagging through thixotropy. It is widely used in anti-settling of various industrial primers, and its compatibility needs to be considered when used for anti-sagging of clearcoats.

Addition Method
The dosage varies according to different application systems. For anti-settling, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.7%, and for anti-sagging, the recommended dosage is 0.5-3.0%. It is recommended to add it after other materials have been added.
