Silicone Leveling agent DCA-1401

DCA-1401 is a dispersion of high molecular weight silicone in water, suitable for various water-based coatings and ink systems.DCA-1401 can greatly improve the scratch resistance, wear resistance and anti-adhesion effect of water-based coatings and inks.

DCA-1401 could be used in all water borne coatings.

It can be added at any stage of production

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.
