Dispersing agent DCA-8330
Introduction
DCA-8330 is a new generation of polymer dispersant based on controlled polymerization technology. It is a block copolymer with multiple anchoring groups, which exhibits strong adsorption capacity for various organic pigments, especially carbon black. It significantly reduces the viscosity of grinding systems, increases pigment loading, and has excellent anti-flocculation and re-agglomeration prevention capabilities, greatly improving the storage stability of ground color pastes.

Addition Method
Add before grinding, disperse at high speed in a system with similar viscosity.
The dosage varies depending on the specific application system: 5%-15% for inorganic pigments, 30%-50% for organic pigments, and 50%-100% for carbon black (based on the specific surface area of the pigment).
Packaging and storage:
25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
