Dispersing agent DCA-9491
Introduction
DCA-9491 is a high-molecular-weight super dispersant that contains affinity groups for pigments. It exhibits excellent wetting properties and strong adsorption dispersing ability for organic pigments and carbon black. It is suitable for water-based systems and can be used in the production of resin-free water-based color pastes. It is particularly well-suited for cold color pigments such as black, blue, and purple.

Addition Method
Add before grinding, disperse at high speed in a system with similar viscosity.
The dosage may vary depending on the specific application system:
for inorganic pigments 2-10%,
for organic pigments, 10%-30%;
for carbon black, 30%-60%.
Packaging and storage:
25KG plastic drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
