Dispersing agent DCA-9570
Introduction
DCA-9570 is a high-molecular-weight super dispersant that contains affinity groups for pigments. It exhibits excellent wetting properties and has outstanding anti-settling, anti-flocculation, and anti-floating properties. Due to its high polarity, it is suitable for water-based coatings and ink systems and is used for dispersing organic pigments.

Addition Method
Add DCA-9570 before grinding and disperse it at high speed in a system with similar viscosity. Recommended dosage:
- Inorganic pigments: 2%-10% based on the pigment quantity
- Organic pigments: 10%-15% based on the powder quantity
- Carbon black: 15%-30% based on the carbon black quantity
Packaging and storage:
25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
