Silicone free Leveling agent DCA-1747

Introduction

DCA-1747 is a fluorocarbon-modified acrylic leveling agent. Compared to traditional non-silicone leveling agents, it exhibits outstanding leveling performance and instant leveling speed, significantly reducing the surface tension of the paint film. It rapidly wets the substrate, providing excellent anti-cratering capabilities. Additionally, Tech-1636 demonstrates excellent compatibility and is suitable for systems with high leveling requirements, such as automotive repair paints, high-grade wood coatings, and UV systems. However, due to its specific structure.

Physicochemical Data

  • Chemical composition: Fluorinated acrylic copolymer

  • Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid
