Introduction

DCA-7316N is an adhesion promoter developed based on hyperbranching technology with multiple anchoring groups, which has strong adhesion ability to metal substrates and hydroxyl groups. It can participate in the crosslinking reaction of resin systems and is particularly suitable for coil systems..

Product features

  • DCA-7316N improves paint film adhesion to various difficult to adhere metals such as aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, and electroplating surfaces

  • DCA-7316N increases the ductility and impact resistance of the paint film

  • DCA-7316N does not change color during high-temperature baking

Application areas

DCA-7316N can be used in systems such as acrylic amino baking paint, alkyd amino baking paint, polyester amino baking paint, and two component polyurethane coatings, but is not suitable for self drying systems.

Addition Method

The recommended dosage is between 0.1% and 5%, and it can be added before or after other components.

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
