Super Dispersant DCA-521

DCA-521 is a high molecular weight dispersant with acidic groups, offering excellent wetting and anti-settling capabilities. It demonstrates outstanding thickening and dispersing abilities for inorganic pigments and metal powders, while significantly preventing coagulation and reagglomeration in well-grounded pigment pastes, thereby greatly enhancing storage stability.

Addition Method
Dosage varies based on different application systems: 1%-5% for inorganic pigments, 2%-4% for titanium dioxide (TiO2), 3%-5% for metal powders, and 5%-10% for ultrafine nano-metal powders.
