Dispersant DCA-5146
Introduction
DCA-5146 is a macromolecule hyper-dispersant that exhibits excellent wetting and dispersing abilities for various organic pigments. It reduces the viscosity of the grinding system and increases pigment loading while providing exceptional anti-flocculation capabilities, thereby enhancing the storage stability of the ground color paste.

DCA-5146 is ideal for 2K PU, alkyd, acrylate, polyester, amino baking varnishes, and particularly for photo-curing printing ink systems.
Addition Method
Typically, it should be added before the grinding stage, with dosages of 10% to 15% for inorganic pigments, 30% to 90% for organic pigments, and 70% to 100% for carbon black
Packaging and storage:
25KG plastic pail, stored in a cool and dry place.
