Adhesion Promoter DCA-7232

Introduction

DCA-7232 belongs to small molecule amino modified organosilicon compounds and is an excellent adhesion promoter and enhancer. It has special effects on systems such as silicates, metals, ceramics, and fillers, and can significantly improve product characteristics and enhance interfacial adhesion.

Product features

  • DCA-7232 serves as an inorganic surface treatment agent, can activate glass wool, white carbon black, talc powder, mica, clay, and wollastonite

  • DCA-7232 has a special effect on increasing the adhesion of the paint film to the glass substrate in glass paint

  • DCA-7232 participates in the crosslinking of the coating film, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the film.

Application areas

DCA-7232  can be used in systems such as polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd, etc

Addition Method

The recommended dosage is around 0.1% -1.0%, and can be added before and after. Due to the presence of amino groups, there may be slight yellowing over time, which will not affect its performance.

Precautions
Before painting, the grease and liquid moisture on the substrate must be treated thoroughly to avoid affecting the stability of the product.
