Adhesion Promoter DCA-7236

Introduction

DCA-7236 belongs to a small molecule organic silicon compound with amino groups, which is different from ordinary single molecule silanes. DCA-7236 belongs to a polymerized silane coupling agent and is an excellent adhesion promoter and enhancer. It has special effects on systems such as silicates, metals, ceramics, and fillers, and can significantly improve product characteristics and enhance interfacial adhesion.

Physicochemical Data

  • Chemical composition: Organic silicon compounds

  • Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid

  • Active content: 100%

  • Solvent:None

Product features

  • DCA-7236 serves as an inorganic surface treatment agent, activating materials such as glass wool, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay, and silica.

  • DCA-7236 significantly enhances the adhesion of the coating film to substrates like glass, iron, and aluminum.

  • DCA-7236 participates in the crosslinking of the coating film, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the film.

Application areas

DCA-7236 Suitable for polyurethane, epoxy, alkyd, and other systems.

Addition Method

Recommended usage is around 0.1% – 1.0%, added before or after. Due to its amino content, slight yellowing might occur over time, but it does not affect performance.

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
