Adhesion Promoter DCA-7310
Introduction
DCA-7310 is a highly active organic compound supplied in a blocked form. It exhibits low reactivity at room temperature, but upon reaching temperatures above 60°C, it undergoes unblocking to generate functional groups capable of reacting with hydroxyl (-OH), amino (-NH2), carboxyl (-COOH), and other functional groups on resins and substrates. This forms an intermediate layer between the substrate and the resin, significantly enhancing adhesion in the system. It can be widely used in coatings, inks, and other systems and is suitable for substrates with hydroxyl groups, such as PET, PA, metal (aluminum, iron), and pre-treated PP and PE.

The recommended dosage is generally 0.2% to 2% of the total system, depending on the formulation. Due to the high reactivity of DCA-7310, careful evaluation of its storage stability in the paint film is necessary before use
Addition Method
The recommended dosage is between 0.1% and 5%, and it can be added before or after other components.
Packaging and storage:
25KG plastic drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
