Dispersant DCA-5974

Introduction

DCA-5974 is macromolecule hyper-dispersant and it has excellent wetting disperse ability to the various organic pigments. It can decrease the grinded system viscosity and increase the fill of pigments.

Application areas

DCA-5974  is suitable for the 2K PU, alkyd, acrylate, polyester, amino baking varnish and UV system

Addition Method

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 10% to 15% to inorganic pigment, with 30% to 90% to organic pigment, with 70% to 100% to carbon black.

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic pail, stored in a cool and dry place.
