Dispersant DCA-F5121

Introduction

DCA-F5121 is a polymer-type super dispersant containing acidic groups. It not only has excellent wetting properties but also outstanding anti-settlement capabilities. It provides excellent viscosity reduction and dispersion for inorganic pigments and fillers, making it ideal for grinding color pastes with high titanium dioxide content. Additionally, it has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and coarse returns in the ground color paste, greatly enhancing its storage stability. It can also be used in SMC and BMC systems as an additive to reduce system viscosity.

Product features

  • DCA-F5121 is suitable for various polarity systems special for the medium and high polarity systems such as SMC, BMC

  • The pigment affinity group of DCA-F5121 is acid compound, therefore in the coil coating, DCA-F5121 can not react with the acid catalyst

Application areas

DCA-F5121 is suitable for all solvent-based systems.

Addition Method

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 1% to 5% to other inorganic pigment, with 2% to 4% to TiO2.

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic pail, stored in a cool and dry place.
