Dispersant DCA-F5275

Introduction

DCA-F5275 is a polyurethane dispersant with excellent dispersing ability for various organic pigments. It is free from aromatic solvents and meets environmental requirements.

 

Physicochemical Data

  • Chemical composition: High-molecular block copolymer with pigment-affinitive groups

  • Appearance:Yellow transparent solution

  • Active content: 60%

  • Solvent:Mixed diester

Product features

  • Compatible with medium to high polarity systems and common coating resins.

  • Enhances pigment wetting and dispersion, reduces system viscosity, and improves flow.

  • Significantly shortens grinding and dispersion time.

  • Provides excellent anti-recoalescence ability for long-term storage stability.

Application areas

Suitable for medium to high polarity systems.

Addition Method

Dosage varies by pigment type:

  • Inorganic Pigments: 5%-15%
  • Organic Pigments: 30%-50%
  • Carbon Black: 50%-100% (depending on pigment surface area).
