Dispersant DCA-F6422

Introduction

DCA-F6422 is macromolecule hyper-dispersant and it has excellent wetting disperse ability to the various organic pigments. It can decrease the grinded system viscosity and increase the fill of pigments. Meanwhile, it has super anti-flocculation ability thus improve the storage stability of grinded color paste.

  • Appearance:Brown yellow transparent liquid

  • Active content: 50%

  • Solvent:Mixed dibasic esters

Application areas

DCA-F6422 is suitable for the 2K PU, alkyd, acrylate, polyester, amino baking varnish and UV system.

Addition Method

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with:

  • 10% to 15% to inorganic pigment

  • 30% to 90% to organic pigment

  • 70% to 100% to carbon black

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic pail, stored in a cool and dry place.
