Dispersing agent DCA-8432

Introduction

DCA-8432 is a polymer type hyperdispersant containing multiple anchoring groups, which has excellent wetting and dispersing ability for various organic pigments. It can greatly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the pigment content in the color paste, and have a strong ability to prevent flocculation and coarsening, greatly improving the storage stability of the ground color paste. The ground monochromatic color paste is not easy to float during color mixing.

Physicochemical Data

  • Chemical composition:High molecular block copolymer containing hydrophilic pigment groups

  • Appearance:Brown transparent liquid

  • Active content: 40%

  • Solvent: mixed binary ester

Addition Method

The addition amount varies depending on the system used. For inorganic pigments, it ranges from 10% to 15%, for organic pigments, it ranges from 30% to 60% (depending on the specific surface area of the pigment), and for carbon black, it ranges from 50% to 100%.

25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
