Dispersing agent DCA-8463
Introduction
DCA-8463 is a high molecular weight superdispersant containing multiple anchoring groups, which has excellent wetting and dispersing capabilities for various organic pigments. It has a strong viscosity-reducing ability, which can significantly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the usage of pigments, and produce even better results when used in combination with pigment-derived viscosity reducers. At the same time, it has a very strong ability to prevent flocculation and coarsening, which greatly improves the storage stability of the well-ground color paste.

Addition Method
Add before grinding, high-speed dispersion in a system with close viscosity
Recommended dosage: Inorganic pigments: 2-10% of the pigment amount
Organic pigments: 10-40% of the powder amount
Carbon black: 30-100% of the carbon black amount
Packaging and storage:
25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
