Hammer Agent DCA-1491

Introduction

DCA-1491 is an organo-modified polysiloxane solution used as a hammer agent in water-based paint systems, providing excellent hammer effects. Even at very low dosage, it can produce fine hammer patterns, with coarser patterns typically appearing at lower dosages and finer patterns at higher dosages.

Addition Method

It can be added at any stage of production

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.

Packaging and storage:

25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
