Rheology Modifier DCA-9155

Introduction

DCA-9155 is a waterborne polymer with a hydrophobic group, acting as a rheology modifier. It excels in preventing settling and sagging, has strong rheological properties, and is easy to incorporate. It is suitable for all types of water-based systems as an anti-sagging and anti-settling agent.

Physicochemical Data

  • Chemical composition:Water-born polymer with hydrophobic group

  • Appearance:Light yellow transparent solution

  • Active content: 18%

  • Solvent: Water

Product features

  • DCA-9155 is proper for the water varnish system. It can rapidly increase the viscosity and make the coating great in the ability of anti-setting and anti-sagging.

  • DCA-9155 can be used in a wide range of pH systems.

Application areas

DCA-9155 is applied in all water-based industry coating systems.

Addition Method

The amount is in terms of the different application systems, around 0.5-2.0% of the total when used as an anti-setting agent and 2.0-5.0% as an anti-sagging agent. DCA-9155 should be put in the last step of manufacture..
