Rheology Modifier DCA-9532

Introduction

DCA-9532 is a modified EVA wax emulsion that provides a certain degree of thixotropy, effectively enhancing the orientation of metallic pigments in water-based systems.

Addition Method

The dosage varies depending on the specific application system, typically ranging from 5% to 10% of the total formulation. It is recommended to add the emulsion under low shear conditions, and it is advised to adjust the initial pH of the system to around 9

Packaging and storage:

25KG plasticĀ  drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
