Silicone free Antifoam DCA-320

Introduction

DCA-320 is a non-silicone defoamer specially designed for UV curable coating systems. It has excellent compatibility and strong defoaming and anti-foaming abilities. It does not affect recoatability and does not cause adverse interactions with the UV curing system. It also does not cause curtain breakage during curtain coating application.

Product features

  • Excellent compatibility in UV curable coating systems, and also suitable for other thermosetting resin systems such as unsaturated systems

  • Excellent recoatability, does not cause curtain breakage when used in UV curable coating curtain coating applications.

Application areas

DCA-320 is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems, including but not limited to the following application areas:

  • UV curable systems

  • Unsaturated polyester systems.

Addition Method

It is recommended to add before grinding and thoroughly mix and disperse.

0.1-1.0% of the total formula, generally around 0.3% of the total formula under normal circumstances.

Packaging and storage:

25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
