Silicone Anti-foam DCA-330

Introduction

DCA-330 is an organic silicone defoamer suitable for solvent based epoxy and UV curing systems. It has excellent defoaming ability and can quickly remove bubbles generated during coating production. It also has excellent compatibility and high safety in use, with minimal inclination to cause shrinkage.

Physicochemical Data

  • Chemical composition:Defoaming polymer and organic silicone mixture

  • Appearance:Colorless transparent solution

  • Active content: 7%

  • Solvent: Fatty hydrocarbons

  • Suitable for solvent based low viscosity epoxy coating systems and can quickly break bubbles

  • Excellent compatibility, which is not easy to cause system turbidity and will not affect the gloss

  • Good leveling, resulting in a smooth paint film surface
