Silicone Free Defoamer DCA-307

Introduction

DCA-307 is a non-silicone defoamer specially designed for water-based coating systems. It offers strong defoaming and anti-foaming capabilities without adversely affecting recoatability or interacting negatively with the system.

Addition Method

Add between 0.3% to 1.0% of the total volume. Optimal quantity should be determined through testing. For best results, mix under high shear force, preferably before grinding. The addition quantity may vary based on different systems and can be introduced at any production stage.

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic  drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
