Silicone free Leveling agent DCA-2754
Introduction
DCA-2754 is a fluorocarbon-modified acrylic ester leveling agent. Compared to traditional non-silicone leveling agents, it exhibits excellent leveling effect and instantaneous leveling speed. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of the coating film and quickly wet the substrate, while providing good anti-cratering ability. It also demonstrates good compatibility, making it suitable for systems with high requirements for leveling effect, such as automotive repair paint, high-grade wood paint, and UV systems.

Used in solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and ink systems, including alkyd, acrylic, amino baking, polyurethane, and UV-curable systems.
Addition Method
It can be added at any stage of production
Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.
Packaging and storage:
25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
