Silicone Free Leveling Agent DCA-277
Introduction
DCA-277 is a fluorocarbon-modified acrylate leveling agent. Compared with traditional non-silicone leveling agents, DCA-277 has excellent rapid leveling effects, excellent substrate wetting performance, strong shrinkage cavity prevention ability, and good defoaming effects. It is especially suitable for coil coatings and printing iron systems.

Addition Method
It can be added at any stage of production, and adding it during the dispersion stage helps with pigment wetting. Recommended dosage: 0.1-2.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.
