Silicone Leveling agent DCA-1127
Introduction
DCA-1127 is a polyether-modified organosilicon compound with wide versatility, good compatibility, excellent leveling properties, strong matting orientation ability, and high resistance to shrinkage cavities. It is compatible with both water and oil systems and cannot be used for baking coatings. It is particularly suitable for UV curing systems. It solidifies below 10°C but can be melted by heating without affecting its performance.

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.
