Silicone Leveling agent DCA-133

Introduction

DCA-133 is a polyether-modified silicone compound with wide applicability and excellent compatibility with various resin systems. It has good flow leveling properties, excellent feel, strong matting direction ability, and strong anti-shrinkage ability, making it an excellent organic silicone leveling agent with outstanding performance in all aspects. This product does not affect recoatability.

Addition Method

It can be added at any stage of production, and adding it during the dispersion stage helps with pigment wetting.

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.2-0.5% of the total formulation in most cases.

Packaging and storage:

25KG iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place.
