Silicone Leveling agent DCA-185
Introduction
DCA-185 is a specially modified organosilicon compound that has a strong ability to reduce the surface tension of the system and has the strongest anti shrinkage ability. It is specifically used to prevent shrinkage caused by various reasons, without affecting the recoating ability of the system, and can also increase leveling.
DCA-185 needs to be tested for compatibility with the bright light system when used.

Addition Method
It can be added at any stage of production, and adding it during the dispersion stage helps with pigment wetting. Recommended dosage: 0.1-2.0% of the total formulation, generally 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation in most cases.
