Synergistic Dispersant DCA-8322

Introduction

DCA-8322 is a new generation block copolymer dispersant based on controlled aggregation technology. It contains multiple anchoring groups and exhibits strong dispersing ability for various difficult-to-disperse organic pigments. It is particularly suitable for dispersing carbon black, 254 red, 122 red, 23 violet, and others.

Product features

  • DCA-8322 is suitable for medium to high polarity systems and has good compatibility with common coating resins. It exhibits excellent versatility in coating systems.

  • DCA-8322 significantly improves the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material towards pigment fillers, reduces system viscosity, enhances flowability, and shortens grinding and dispersing time.

  • DCA-8322 is a high-molecular-weight super dispersant with excellent anti-flocculation capability. Compared to small-molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it greatly extends the storage stability of well-ground color pastes.

Recommended Dosage: Inorganic pigments: 1-5% of pigment amount Titanium dioxide: 2-4% of powder amount
